Life is a very enjoyable journey, am on a quest on trying something new everyday. This will enrich me and others around me because I will be growing as a person. Today I challenged myself to smile more, am a certified smiley face but I find myself smiling to people I know, rarely do I smile to strangers. Todya I did it, I smiled to everyone I met today and it was wonderful, no one frowned back, I did not make lifelong friends but I did give a little sun shine to someone’s life. My day went alot smoother and people were generally nice and helpful today. I hope you are smiling as you read this.
Would you like to embark on the smile “chase” do not worry of looking ridiculous or someone not smiling back, smile and smile some more, I assure you from my experience that you will touch someone’s life without even knowing.Today I want to challenge you kindly to smile, please smile at everyone you meet today,feel the smile from your heart and let it show in your eyes if you can, let the teeth show 
for the love of all that is beautiful and good…smile.
Will you be kind enough to smile and share your beautiful smile with others? I am already smiling at you…even though I can’t see you

There is the saying “Smile and the whole world smiles with you.” This is so true. We all like hanging around happy and positive people. It’s like their cheerful spirit rubs off on us. Nobody likes spending time with gloomy and negative individuals. Indeed, Dale Carnegie notes that “the expression one wears on one’s face is far more important than the clothes one wears on one’s back.”
A smile costs nothing to give, but is the most sincere and beautiful gift that one might be able to give to another. A smile brings rest to the weary, and is the best antidote for discouragement. It brings sunshine to the sad and hope to the hopeless. A smile transmits a message of acceptance and approval; it is priceless.
I like to think that the best things in life are free, like you are saying a smile is priceless. Give it freely and with love and it creates the most beautiful chain reaction with others.
